80, your a very sneaky guy lol, you didn't tell us that you were in the training department getting 777 FO rates for doing the A320 work...Anyhow, still a decent salary(240k) but a typical line flying FO on the A320 at delta couldn't ever pull those numbers...more like 140k all in for an A320 FO hired in 2007...

The guys that pushed it broke 200. Those are with standard 320 FO rates.

See, these numbers need to be closer to $200k without having to try to hard...Normal line FO's flying 80 hours a month with 15 days off...This should be the minimum standard..I personally think that a starting salary of $160,000 a year as a first year FO is fair...Normal FO pay should go to $250,000 and Captains should make $360,000-$400,000...20% towards the retirement plan....This is where we were supposed to be in terms of pay for the U.S. Legacy Carriers...Still lacking because no real retirement plan in place - A Fund,etc...

We have 2 dozen ex Qantas pilots flying in Qatar Airways...They said the pay was not as high as you mention..Closer to the numbers I posted...They also have dozens of ex Qantas guys at EK and EY...They would not be here if the conditions at Qantas were rosy...
