Singapore almost lands extremely short in SFO

Had a jumpseater today that said they saw a Singapore B777 really low as they were sitting on there boat near coyote point today. I looked up sin016 and what I can find from flight aware it was very close to being extremely bad day again in SFO.
Screen shots I took and plotted it on google maps the pin is 400' at 155kts

USATF - America's Running Routes - Map It has a measuring tool. Your mark is about 4.4 miles from the runway. If that's a correct plot they should have been at 1300' AGL and not 400'.

From what our company pilot who witnessed it said, that should be about right. she was on a boat in the marina by coyote point and she thought it was going to hit the point on the go around.
