Azul Pilot Pay

Does anyone have any documentation on the pay, requirements, competitive minimums, etc... at Azul?

Not looking to go there, just looking for info as our airline is about to hook up with them.

I looked into it a while back. The numbers were good, for a Brasilian living in Brasil.

But for an expat, pretty low. Wasn't worth the effort to get all my certificates changed to go work there. Not to mention needing to get Brasilian citizenship.

For those of us F1 lovers...
I saw this magnificent aircraft at SBKP.
Not to mention almost all these Embraers are equipped with HUDs. I find that very cool. Someone prove me wrong please...

That's some serious love for Ayrton.
Do all their planes have unique pant jobs.
Or just Brazilian Drivers.

We've got a guy here at Spirit who used to sling gear at TAM. Now while I haven't gotten specifics from him, he did tell me that the pay was "pretty miserable". So I'm guessing it's safe to say that the pay for Azul is even lower.

Mind you, in Brasil, $1000 a month is considered "good", yet a Honda Civic (base model) will set you back around $50k and gas is going for about $6 a gallon... Thankfully Brahma beer and most churrascarias go for fairly cheap, so there is a tiny bit of balance... But not much.

I am not familiar with payscale, yet you must be Brazilian as previously said but... I really like their Embraers.
