Pay for F.O.s is in the $2000-3000. Upgrade was around 4-5 years as of last year. Captain pay is in the $6000-7000/month range. Widebody upgrade was at 22-23 years buy dropping as they take more 787s.

Press says they are looking for an equity investor. Might be United or it might be Hainan.
