1. They can hire Direct Entry Captains. No union, no seniority upgrades.
2. They can hire directly into any platform they want. If an applicant has the type rating they can hire directly to the G650. No union, no seniority upgrades.
3. They can impose any training contract they want. Even that training contract can be negotiated if they want a candidate bad enough.
4. They can implement individual signing bonuses.
5. They can implement individual schedules. A candidate could ask for 14 on/14 off and if they want him bad enough, that could happen.
Individual employment contracts are just that...INDIVIDUAL contracts. They could even implement individual pay rates.
Since June 1, there is nothing to prevent any of this.

All of which means Flexjet is no longer a frac: it's a large managed-charter operation, a la Jet Linx or Priester. And their percentage of owners has been in steady decline forever.
We should probably be having this discussion in the Part 135 forum instead of here.

Yeah the reason the Union under-performed is because of scab mentality Kenn buttlickers like yourself. Just watching scum do what ever they could, jump out of seniority make back room deals for their own advancement is what killed the Union. I have never seen A company with so many backstabbing weasels. Better get busy FlyDog Kenn needs another rim job this week.
