So is that why the Phenom FO's get stuck in the right seat for 15 years?
Well flight options has been shrinking for the last few years so there were no upgrades. That’s just how long it took. But now the lists are merged so it’s probbaly a bit less. How much less? I don’t know. Definitely won’t be upgrading in just a couple years or some thing, it’ll be a while.

Your career progression would look something like this:

- FO in whatever airplane you get assigned to as a new hire.
- captain in phenom or Lear (pay is the same)
- captain in challenger 300
- captain in red label legacy or challenger 350 (pay almost the same)

Or you can apply for, and be assigned, a Gulfstream/global captain slot at any time after you are hired. Unlikely if you are junior but if you have previous G time or are a superstar you might get it.

Who writes up planes that aren't broke? The Phenom 300 records a lot of parameters, so its hard to fake a write up. Are you advocating carrying write ups? I'm not an A&P so I will let them evaluate something my training has taught me needs to be evaluated by someone who is trained. BTW, I work hard and I actually get tipped.

So did Goebbels...but his boss was a real dick and he should have known better.

Plenty of airlines and 135/91 departments hiring. SWA, Spirit and JB appear to be fans of fractional pilots.
