Your career progression would look something like this:
- FO in whatever airplane you get assigned to as a new hire.
- captain in phenom or Lear (pay is the same)
- captain in challenger 300
- captain in red label legacy or challenger 350 (pay almost the same)
Or you can apply for, and be assigned, a Gulfstream/global captain slot at any time after you are hired. Unlikely if you are junior but if you have previous G time or are a superstar you might get it.

Who writes up planes that aren't broke? The Phenom 300 records a lot of parameters, so its hard to fake a write up. Are you advocating carrying write ups? I'm not an A&P so I will let them evaluate something my training has taught me needs to be evaluated by someone who is trained. BTW, I work hard and I actually get tipped.
