This place burned me twice! At one time this place had an awesome reputation. Now we are being run into the the ground by non-other than the used-car salesman of aviation himself. He is good at holding out the carrot, but somehow you never can get it. 2N Kenn blames the Union, but really, the only one to blame is 2N Kenn himself.

Verification please
I had the phone interview today with FlexJet, and I am looking for some verification on what they said. I am not new to the aviation industry; I'm just looking for some non-hateful answers, I don't care if FlexJet is the "worst ever." Please feel free to PM me with any info you have.
Thanks
Pay 51k with 8/7, 62k with PBS schedule
Was told 98% of new hires are going to the Challenger and Legacy
Upgrade was 3-4 years, now its closer to 2 years
Hotels were all at least 3.5/4 stars
Rental car provided during training for every 2 crewmembers
They talked about a fuel savings/performance bonus
The contract is in negotiations
They were expecting 25 new aircraft in 2018
There was plenty of opportunities to work overtime
Again, thanks for your time
Thanks

25 airplanes this year is news to me. Could be tho, they just don’t share that info with us often. However it wouldn’t be 25 net gain as they are retiring old fleets.
Upgrade time is hard to see. We definitely have 5+ year FOs here, but if deliveries come in and a lot of senior people quit, maybe 3 years?
I’m not sure about the new hires going to challenger. If they have challenger slots available those have to be offered to current FOs in the phenom right? (Anyone else confirm?). I’m not 100% sure about that.
Overtime is hard to say as well. I have not been asked to do overtime for about 6 months. You can’t request more or les days in advance, only take an overtime request as it comes which is usually a day or two before whatever day they are short.
Hope that helps.

The pay is right, then add per diem and fuel bonus. Per diem is 42 a day when you're at work, fuel bonus if you qualify is 500 a quarter. Most of the hotels are Hilton. Mostly been Challenger classes but I'm sure the phenom will pick up. You travel to and from work on the company's time. I think you're looking at a long time for upgrade. Long days usually with min rest most if the time.
