121 to XOJET Flex schedule ?
 

Anybody know how the flex schedule works at XOJET? How many days off could one expect to be home at with XOJET?

I’ve had anywhere from 3 to 13 days off on the Flex. There’s a set minimum amount of days of following a rotation depending on how many days worked. Generally, the longer you work, the more you’ll have off.

So far, I’ve had a great experience with the Flex (past 5 months). I’ve only heard one person complain that he didn’t get the days off that he requested.

I've worked the 8/6 and it's too much time away. It's the only reason I haven't followed through with XoJet, which seems to be head and shoulders above the other frac/charter companies. I have some questions about this flex schedule if someone has the time to answer:
What's the min number of days work days in a row? Min number of days off in a row?
How tough is it for a new guy to get the flex at XOJet?

Currently, one can get on the flex immediately, there’s no wait. There’s no min days worked, I’ve been scheduled for two (that is not the norm). Usually the min worked will vary from 5-8, sometimes less. You set your max days on rotation, anywhere from 8-15, you can’t set less than 8. Minimum days off in a row is anywhere from 3-10 depending on length of days worked.

They will work you an average of 18 days per month over a quarter. Some months may be less, some may be more.
