No shortage? Then why did you have to lower the tt to 1500? I wonder what the passengers will think? How are we going to keep out Argus platinum rating? Sounds like things are going downhill quick when you treat you pilots this poorly.

We are currently 70 pilots short in that fleet, and we average 20 un-crewed airplanes on any given day.

Anyone doesn’t believe me just use FlightAware you will see that OPT Phenoms are sitting all over the place for weeks at a time.

Why would ANYONE want to work at this place. Because the end result of all these un-crewed airplanes is those of us who are still here are whooped like rented mules to meet the schedule. Why on earth would anyone want to sign up for that.

So keep telling your lies Flexboy, everyone knows that’s what they are.

And with no Union on property, we all loose the FATIGUE POLICY

As a former fractional pilot and currently flying A320’s I am professionally pleased to know that your company is properly staffed and can pick and choose qualified high time pilots from an endless supply of applicants😁.

To play devils advocate, sounds like he is qualified based on that he is an ATP and completed a type ride etc...

The fractional company in CMH 2 years ago had 12,000 resumes on file, fast forward, they cant fill classes. 7 people showed up for the April class. What is 2 more years going to look like for these companies?

Flexjet sold contracts telling the owners that all pilots had an ATP and 2500 hours. Now it seems that they dropped that requirement.

I am sure Netjets salesmen will be bringing that up when they demo aircraft to Flex owners.

Netjets sells owners on their pilots being the most well rested, clearly the sales teams have no problem making false accusations lol.
