Now that mandatory retirement has been bumped to age 70 it's not going to have much effect. We have way less than 100 pilots in that group and half of those are already out on medical. Should it change again to 65 that will involve 200 or so pilots, so will help a little in upgrade times.

I did a phone interview with them back at the beginning of February. Haven't heard a peep since, no TBNT, no follow up, nothing.
It's for the best since I landed a nice cushy part 91 captain job in a Lear 40 instead

Well done. The airlines are hiring big time too. This is an experienced pilots’ market...

Thank you for the responses. I just received the invitation for the video interview. There is the option to use Skype or Facetime. Did either one work well or not well for anyone who has done the video interview?

New hire class of 7 started today. We're still losing more than we're hiring although we may break even for May, don't know yet. So far we've had 3 farewell messages posted, 2 departing to Kalitta, 1 to FedEx. Probably fewer than half the pilots leaving post farewell messages on the Union message board. One of the pilots leaving for Kalitta is an 18 year Captain in his mid-40's.
Second hand info, and some rumors:
Down to 100 resumes on file; (rumor, over half those don't meet mins)
Some pilots who have resumes on Linked In have been contacted and encouraged to apply.
Planned hiring numbers keep changing, we should have been hiring 15-20 a month but that's not happening. Other than the class of 7 today no info on any more classes this month. One of those 7 is a highly regarded FlightSafety CE680 Instructor so we're still getting good quality pilots.
HR is supposed to be getting better, from what I read they cost us some good candidates due to stupid questions and not following up in a timely manner.
Last growth estimates were 10-20 jets increase this year, but with a decreasing number of pilots we don't know who's going to fly those jets.
Someone called the VP of Flight Ops directly regarding a friend who was short on the required Instrument time (I think) and wanted to work at NetJets but the VP said they're not waiving any requirements.

It is more stable than the majority of 91/135 jobs out there, but you aren't making yourself appreciably more marketable with your 400 hours a year of Phenom or Latitude right seat time.
