Their plan 2 years ago was to not grow. Now the 5 year plan is to not grow. What if this economy holds another 10 years? I still maintain that if NJA is this worried about a downturn when the economy is this good, they don’t have the capitol to hold on long term when it goes bad, and they are probably doing just ok right now, and if 50 billionaires were knocking the door down for shares, NJA would expand. I’m not sure there is a major demand to expand.

NJA has caused a large measurable number of pilots to walk away from the interview process because of their screw ups, on top of 18 year captains leaving for jobs considered 2nd rate just a few years ago. Sounds like management is trying to convince the pilot group that everything is just fine, hoping that the pilots don't have the internet or access to basic information...

IMHO,
(Cpt. 12 yrs) NJA is hobbled. No vision, no growth, nothing..
If you're on the fence, your efforts would be more productive seeking employment at any 121 air carrier. If all you want is home basing and are willing to sit right seat forever in a light jet along with long days/ short nights...please by all means...
