No, it can't be that. At least that's what Baghdad Bobo tells the pilots.
Rumor is, NetJets has lost 23 high-value owners. Again, just a rumor.

Honestly speaking....
ANYTHING that causes you not to rest properly could be a contributing factor to fatigue. Any pilot on the planet is subject to it. French fries, screaming kids, marital issues, the 300lb Fat man snoring through the walls... you name it.
But for a company to pinpoint “ pornography” as a direct cause is, well.... kinda ballsy. (No pun intended)

Any more info on what happened? While I was at recurrent in Feb, a couple of Flight Options pilots claim that one of their 300’s experienced runaway trim inflight. I asked a service rep at Embraer last month about it and evidently they’re not willing to discuss that incident yet.

"830.5 Immediate notification.
The operator of any civil aircraft, or any public aircraft not operated by the Armed Forces or an intelligence agency of the United States, or any foreign aircraft shall immediately, and by the most expeditious means available, notify the nearest National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) office,1 when:
(a) An aircraft accident or any of the following listed serious incidents occur:
(1) Flight control system malfunction or failure;..."
So, the NTSB should have been notified of both incidents. If so, it is out of the Embraer rep hands what gets released to who when. If the NTSB was not notified then Embraer and the operators are digging a very large hole for themselves.
