Default Flexjet Voting Starts At Midnight

Before you vote, go to the oscrew lounge. Tap on Notam, scroll to the bottom and tap on the first video of 2018 Flexjet Pilot Roundtable. You don't need to watch very long. I believe it is around the one and a half minute mark. Kenn says " we need planes for 16 hour days, we can only take so many planes out of service at one time..."

Now, do you want 16 hour days? Do you want rolling rest? Our current CBA has work rules that are very good. The pilot demand is such that we will get substantial raises. 20% at least! Do not throw away all we've achieved! Vote YES for IBT 1108!

In case you have any doubts, this is a link to a Bloomberg article showing management’s support for the decertification effort and the involvement of Union busting firm CIE.

Notice this quote"“The message we want to get across,” Ricci said of his employees, “is that if you’re pining for a culture of trust—that’s the environment you want to work in—getting rid of this union will get us closer to that environment.” We will get CLOSER. So he is admitting we will never rebuilt that trust.

Ricci and Sylvestro haven't spoken to us in two years. Suddenly Kenn is telling us we are family? Who abandons their family for two years? Vote IBT Airline Division and stand with your Union family for a CBA!

Not to mention the only thing you CAN trust in this business is a legally-enforcible contract. When I see something in writing, THAT'S trust.

They got enough people to send in cards to force a vote. It is true that at least one instructor was handing cards to pilots before they got in the sim and telling them to fill them out and hand them back to him before their check rides, so that might prompt those pilots to vote for the Union. And they had a whisper campaign that they were going to give the names of guys who filled out cards to management so they would know who to target, so that might prompt a few more to vote for the Union, but just being in this situation is enough to get me nervous. We should be unified in section 6 right now. Instead we are doing this...smh...
