Companies that have Unions usually deserve them.

We do not deserve a guy who lies about his military service. He did one semester in rotc and claims he was in the military. Isn't stolen valor illegal?

Really, one semester of Air Force ROTC? A disservice to all that have honorably served. He should speak up to that fact immediately!!!!

Are you fing kidding me? As I’m watching “American Sniper.” A
neighbor was KIA in Afghanistan a few years ago, leaving his 3 kids orphaned. If true, who could look themselves in the mirror and keep working there?

It has gone on too long. He even claimed that in his first call to all of Flexjet.

This is an excerpt from the company-transcribed summary of the Pilot Call-In Conference Call from January 24, 2014. Under the "Files" header on Yammer, it listed RH as the owner, i.e., the uploader.

Kenn Ricci: A little background as to how I got into this industry. I first flew in 1977, I was military trained. I also flew as a freight pilot in a Beach 18, and a Turbo Commander. I was hired by Northwest Orient but got furloughed and then I went to law school. I wanted to keep my hand in aviation, and it was during that time in law school that I bought a small 135 certificate: Corporate Wings. I grew that into a management company that had 27 aircraft and in 1998 I founded Flight Options with the idea of focusing on used aircraft in the Fractional market. In 2002 Flight Options was sold to Raytheon, a decision I thought would never happen. It was an unusual turn of events. After we put the 2 companies together through a merger of Travel Air and Flight Options, Raytheon decided they wanted to own the combined entity to use it as a distribution channel for the sales of their aircraft, much like Bombardier did with Flexjet. They didn’t do such a good job and that gave me the opportunity to buy it back again in 2009. I will tell you that I don’t lack commitment for this business, I love it. I’ve worked very hard to be in this business and I’m not going anywhere. What I just did was give you a very long answer to the question that was submitted “Do we have an exit strategy, are you going to sell the business?” And I can just tell you I’m here for the long term, I love this company.

Now here's a deposition of K.R. taken upon cross-examination and given for The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, in April of 2004:

Q. Do you have any military service?
A. Yes.
Q. In what branch?
A. In the Air Force.
Q. When was that?
A. I was in the Air Force ROTC program from 1974 to
1977.
Q. That's while you were at Notre Dame?
A. Yes, it is.
Q. Any service in the military after you graduated
from Notre Dame?
A. No.

I just saw over on the NetJets Pilot board that 3 NetJets Pilots have received unsolicited cards from Flex/FO advertising a pilot job. And that's just the 3 who happened across that message thread. Probably a lot more. Funny thing is 2 of 3 had their last names misspelled or completely wrong

What’s even funnier is that current Flight Options and Flexjet pilots received them as well.
They were sent to their addresses with wrong names but their addresses.

Just the everyday Flexjet SNAFU.
