Whose whining?!? Provide proof of your claim that Flexjet is gonna hire off the street captains into the G’s.
You guys are on a full out campaign during this vote and I get it.
But if you make a claim like this....you either have proof or you don’t and are just stirring the pot.

Multiple pilots on the NJASAP message board reporting receiving those cards. That board is viewed only by NetJet's Pilots so they'd be no point in making something up. And you can only use your real name. I don't think any of those guys called to see what the deal is thou.

I received a postcard from them sometime in the last 2 weeks. I’m not interested, so I didn’t look at all that closely before it went in the trash can. Honestly couldn’t tell you if Gulfstream or Global was mentioned.

Someone post a pic of the postcard.....if no proof, it’s not true.
I was a brand partner on the Phenom, Legacy and Global for Flex/FLOPS for many years. I remember the email that went out to calm the apocalypse after we were seen wearing Flex uniforms flying Flex Globals during initial IOE checkout.
Makes me think of the second coming that would ensue if they hired street captains into the G’s
A hire into the “heavy” metal was a no-go. It is likely a bait and switch for attracting new hires. I know there are plenty of qualified people on the list who would put in for the bigger metal.
A big issue has been a massive game of musical chairs in some of the heavier metal, cause they can make more money flying the Challenger or other lighter metal.
A Global captain should be getting around 175ish base salary pending the type of op he or she is doing.
As for fleet age, 90FX is a very early serial number. I know the gent who flew it when it was new back in late 90’s into the early 00’s.
The “new” Globals are coming via GE.
Just my .02 cents.

Since April they have been advertising direct hire into the Globals and Gulfstreams. But now you will tell me it is just marketing, or just this, or just that, blah, blah, blah. The decert crowd just keeps sticking their heads further up their...further in the sand. But there is your proof that they are telling pilots they can go direct to red label and the Gs! It was posted in an ad on this site!

The original post said they were sending out cards for street captains on the Global and Gulfstreams.

That ad said they were hiring into all fleets. Not Captain into G’ and Globals. I agree that it’s not honest to say hiring into all fleets when a new hire has zero chance of getting either of the G’s. They are doing almost anything they can to drum up new hires.

Here's one of the cards. Note: The name with the photos is an alias. I'm not proficient at linking photos and this forum doesn't allow uploading so I stumbled my way into an account at Flickr.
