There is NO way possible for a year 1 guy to make anywhere north of 100K let alone 130K. That’s a guarantee. Talking to a few new hires they were going to be in low 70s...then after that the pay raises keep up with inflation in an economic sense.

No way. Not possible.
Year three pay is 89748....you are telling me he/she SOMEHOW made a 51 percent premium on top of his/her normal pay? That pilot is lying simple as that...no possible way.
I will eat my words if I can see a snap shot of W2s from ADP website but I’m sure I’ll never see it. I have 11 years of pay to say I’ve never made over 8.7 percent premium over my base rate.
