I feel the same way about the GOP nut jobs : ) though I never initiate a political discussion, nothing good comes from it, best to stick to “ Howbout them Jets , Pats , etc. politics is personal, the job professional, I try to keep the two separated .

These days, Jets and Pats discussions are political too...

And for New Englanders and New Yorkers, VERY personal.

There's two types of people. Those who like New England, and those that don't.

How to calculate daily rates.

76/228
72/216
60/180
52/156

7n7/182

To get the daily rate for holiday pay, after midnight, and extended day take the pay and divide by the number of days paid for each schedule.

Year 1 sic 76 day 81332 / 228 =$356
Year 1 sic 52 day 59435/156 =$380

To calculate hourly take the annual base pay and divide by 2184 then multiply that by 1.5.

Holiday and extended days pay 1.5.

After midnight return to your base on your last day pays two extended days.

Is an extended day paid at the standard day rate?

What is 2184 based on when computing the hourly rate?

I find it odd that the 52 day schedule pays more per day than the 76. If you’re going to bust your rear end working 19 days a month it seems you should get paid at a higher rate. Is that by design?

Yes it is. It is a very limited schedule; max 10% can hold it.
