Lots of turmoil, opinions all over the place, not a unified workforce, lots of changes making some happy and some mad.... It seems that is the meat and potatoes of the overall operation. If you thrive in chaos it's great, if you like stability not so much.

I spoke with a guy today that’s been there for about a year. He seems overall pretty happy there. Every operation has their pluses and minuses. People on APC complain about everything, so it’s probably not the best place to get information.

Ok. I will admit the one pilot had less than 6 months seniority when they awarded him a Red Label Gulfstream. There is another pilot that was promised the Gulfstream but ended up in the Phenom. They told him to just hang in there a couple of months, and then they can upgrade him.

Can someone please cut through the red tape (Union this Union that) and give me the real scoop on FJ? I don't need comparisons to Netjets or XO Jet just the facts on QOL, realistic upgrade times, benny's, life on the road, crews, can I get assigned the CL300 or the Legacy? I am currently laid off and would like to stay long term. I have been a Captain for the last 7 years (91/135) and generally like the 135/Fractional world of flying. I have an interview scheduled and I am just trying to get the gist of the operation. These opinions on these web boards are all over the place. Again, I am seeking the meats and potatoes of the overall operation and whether it is a smart choice to pursue Flex. Thank you

Any opinions on Flex jet vs XO Jets? If you guys had options which one would you choose and why. XO seems like an up and coming operation where the pilots are happy. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks guys

Pretty much anyone working for the Frac’s will probably say, Run. Run away fast as you can. Basically these aren’t places you go to retire if you are young. It’s all smoke & mirrors. But it may be better than being laid off. They are are all very similar for the work, butyou have to decide which you like the most and give it a whirl. Compared to no money at all it might be ok. But after you have been there for 12 months, you’ll be ****ed off like the rest and still be no closer to an upgrade or more money. But don’t worry, they will lie to you and promise you the moon! Don’t believe anything you hear and only half of what you see.

We will soon see if Kenn steps up to the plate with the pay raises.
It will be easy to compare just look at the
15 year Phenom Captain pay on a 7/7 at Flex and Netjets as well as the 15 year CL300 pay on a 7/7. Same aircraft and same schedule will tell you all you need to know if there was a real pay raise or just smoke and mirrors called Red Label.
That is an apple to apple and orange to orange comparison when it comes to straight pay.
