The max 7/7 lines was 25 percent. Don't know for sure what it is now.

If you like your job now and are on the fence, I wouldn't touch Flex.

Because they just put new hires on the training schedule then the flex schedule. The RL crews put their schedule in first then the 8/7 7/7 schedules get added then the rest goes to flexbid. It basically states that you can bid whatever you want and then they can assign you whatever they want. Scheduling has to cover the planes so they can assign you any green line that helps them cover the schedule working you up to 16 days for each of the 13 bid periods.
