Is this what happened to the new hire that quit during his first week out on day 7 of 8?
I heard he told them that we work too hard for what we get paid.

Seriously? I don’t know his situation, but one does have to carry a work ethic in this business.

PBS could be really good if the company tweaked it. It use to be 6 days max. But then they said that would drive up airline costs. And then they created red label which is anything but efficient when it comes to airline costs.

His situation was that he was unaccustomed to 3-5 legs a day, min rest, airport rot and taking care of the plane.

The Frac pilots are grossly underpaid for how hard they work.

It has been 5 months since the vote and still no raises.
It has been 6 weeks since the announcement of raises and still not a word.

Why am I not surprised.

They'll drag it out until the recession. Then they can lay off whomever they choose and pay the rest whatever they want.

When, when are we going to start holding management and companies to the same standard that pilots hold other pilots to? Work ethic is one thing, company ethic is a whole other, and both should be held to the same standard.
