Making Flex a career destination flies in the face of 80% of the Pilot group being on a B scale for being transient or trapped employees. You can tell NN is lying if his lips are moving, but perhaps a change in philosophy was warranted when his BS “ trust” model met the pilot shortage that he doesn’t believe in.
What he said!

I just got a recruitment email from Flex that said the schedule was 8/7?

Not saying you're wrong, but 8/7 would be strange. Most places are 8/6 or 7/7. Keeps the travel days consistent.

Yes, you can bid for the 8/7 fixed schedule or the PBS. 8/7 is approx 195 days/year as the PBS averages 208/year. A 15 year PIC in the Phenom makes $113,500 on the fixed and about $127,000 on the PBS. On that note, I would like to congratulate the latest Phenom 300 Captains. The most junior pilot was a 2003 hire.

But but but I thought RH aka "Smarter than no-one" said it was only a 3 year upgrade??? After all, we were promised a new pay scale revelation back in September or so and all we get is a cheesy video with company "yes men" nodding as KR spews his lies... So many lies by the company and the company "yes men".

9-13-2007, 12th year at Flex. But there are also some 2003 hires who are getting their first chance ever to upgrade. The scariest thing is how little we are growing. For all the hiring, the list is only one number bigger than last month. Pilots are still leaving as fast as they are coming. And they are not releasing the "new" compensation and work rules. That's making people believe the changes are not good or that for every good change there is a bad change with it. Keeping 8 day green lines is not good.

Yes, you are correct. I see the '07 hire is above the 4/28/03 hire by 19 numbers on the seniority list. I'll still congratulate them on their upgrade.

I'm a 4th year PIC with a guarantee of $195,644 but I'll gross over $200,000 working 15 days a month. There are six other airlines that pay more than mine.

Are guys staying at Flex and *****ing or is everyone leaving?

More inaccurate info from Fooled2x. You’re as bad as CNN with your fake news man.
