The teaser video I saw only said that they wanted a guarantee of at least 5 days of after 8 days on. I would suspect that’s in response to the 8-4 flustercuck that allegedly never happens for non “original 6” base members.
Making Flex a career destination flies in the face of 80% of the Pilot group being on a B scale for being transient or trapped employees. You can tell NN is lying if his lips are moving, but perhaps a change in philosophy was warranted when his BS “ trust” model met the pilot shortage that he doesn’t believe in.

Yes, you can bid for the 8/7 fixed schedule or the PBS. 8/7 is approx 195 days/year as the PBS averages 208/year. A 15 year PIC in the Phenom makes $113,500 on the fixed and about $127,000 on the PBS. On that note, I would like to congratulate the latest Phenom 300 Captains. The most junior pilot was a 2003 hire.

9-13-2007, 12th year at Flex. But there are also some 2003 hires who are getting their first chance ever to upgrade. The scariest thing is how little we are growing. For all the hiring, the list is only one number bigger than last month. Pilots are still leaving as fast as they are coming. And they are not releasing the "new" compensation and work rules. That's making people believe the changes are not good or that for every good change there is a bad change with it. Keeping 8 day green lines is not good.
