Default Corporate Wings CL300 PICS

I've seen an ad for Corporate Wings looking for CL300 PICs and a Lead PIC. Can someone please shed some light on these spots and the differences between them and Flex?
Thanks!

Corporate Wings and Flexjet both fall under the Directional Aviation portfolio. They are separate sister companies. Corporate Wings is mostly about Aircraft Management / Charter / FBO Services. Employees share lots of the same benefits.

Other partner companies include Nextant Aerospace, Everest Fuel, Constant Aviation, Sentient Jet, Halo, PrivateFly, FX Air, REVA, Sirio, Sojourn Aviation. All very much focused on private aviation sector.

CW has a BE400 PIC job posting at a location near me. I have that type from a long-experience with a fractional, but am not current and don't meet the stated PIC time minimum for their PIC position. If I drop them a resume would they consider recurrent-training me as an FO who could upgrade in short?

or would I be better off just applying directly to their sister company FlexJet?

They're two totally different companies and you're going to have two different experiences with both. My advice is apply to both and see what happens from there.
