8 year vision is never going to work, wanted 30 in new hire class this month and 12 showed, two walked out in indoc to go to SWA, 3 new Latitudes on the ramp and no one to fly them!

And then there is the opposite...friend is working four days in December. Vacation and 52 day. None of which was the holidays.
