Any comments on how the new contract is working out so far?
Has anyone seen any appreciable increase in pay or quality of life?
Any unforeseen landmines pop up?

Mil conversion

Anyone know if NetJets wants mil conversion added to hours for mil applicants? 0.2/0.3, etc.?

I have flown four tours since the contract passed and have made nearly 7,000 dollars from the new FDP program alone (not including other soft pay that we were already getting from the previous contract). Not bad for doing the same work I was doing anyway. I have also noticed an appreciable decrease in the number of times the plans for the day have drastically changed. A whole lot more of getting through the day as planned.

Amazing what happens when crewmembers start showing up and doing their jobs.

I will get you an official answer from Pilot Recruiting. Keep in mind that NetJets does not use competitive minimums. A pilot with 2,500 hours has just as much of a chance at getting an interview as a pilot with 10,000+ hours.

I’m retired mil and have more than the mins, except for actual instrument time. Fighter/trainer dudes don’t log much time in the soup.
