WTF!!? Why would you stay at SWA when all the legacy carriers are so much better. Better pay, quicker upgrades, better retirement, better trips. Dude...UPS is 170K year two with a great retirement. Why are you not there. Why do you want to fly the greyhound of the skies? You guys are the laughing stock of 121...right above Allegiant and Spirit. Now, I do not know your personal situation or your goals as a pilot but that does not matter. You need to do what I think you should do because I know what you need in your life.
