I would be curious to hear how many are receiving fuel and performance bonuses. From what u have seen, about 90% get fuel bonus and people on average get around 6-7% of the 10% performance. I am sure there are many variables...but can anyone provide info on this?

The fuel bonus is based on maximum time aloft versus minimum fuel burned. So you do yourself no favors by finding ways to get there quicker AND saving gas versus the flight plan. Get there slow, and do it efficiently with the fuel. Even if you burn more of it than getting there quickly.
For example, it is typically very effiecient to fly hour or less trips in the Lear in the low 30’s. Your true airspeed is much higher, and you save a lot of time spent at climb power settings. But by the metric it’s better to go up high and slow even if you burn more gas than the other way.

Almost everyone gets the fuel bonus, but that metric is largely out of your hands. Get a bunch of short trips for a month and you’ll do poorly. And vice versa.

Vacation
What? If I’m understanding this correctly, to get one day of vacation you have to build up 24 hours? If that’s true than 120 hours a year would be 5 days of vacation. And once you use it, then you have to start back over building up vacation time.
Is there a limit on how much vacation time you can save up?

One day of vacation equals 8 hours....so you get 1.25 vacation days per month. At least that is what it is for most companies that make you accrue your vacation time instead of just giving you a week or two to start with.
