What would be the best you could hope for? 10 or 11 days off in a row?

hiring is continuing, but I don’t know the forecast numbers. They were running classes of about 10 people every other week.

you’re assigned the Phenom 300, Challenger 300/350, or Legacy 450/500. You don’t get to pick. You find out day 1 of indoc. Yes, they’re hiring into all three planes. Don’t believe the people who say everyone is getting the Phenom.

From what I heard Flex is looking at hiring 180+ pilots next year. A lot of pilots are planning on retiring in 2021. We’ve had 50ish retire this year.

Does anyone know how to actually update your times online? I can update my profile and resume but the last updated on my app is months ago. When I go to the application itself it just shows "you are currently submitted to this job" and the only action available is withdraw.

What is the movement like between the Phenom, Challenger and Legacy fleets? Is there a seat lock? Do you stay within your first fleet and upgrade to Captain or can you bid across fleets? I understand the large cabin birds like the Gulfstreams and Globals have a different process.
