NetJets Hiring Process

Peanuts? Not really. A friend of mine is a sergeant with the local police department and still makes less than a year 1 F.O. at N.J. Granted significantly less than UPS, Delta etc. but certainly not "peanuts."

It was a figure of speech. But NJA pilots are still way underpaid for the amount they work. I don’t care what a cop makes, NJA pilots make more than regional managers for McDonalds too, again, irrelevant.

I don't care what McDonald's managers make so I guess we're even.

They can't fill a class in last 4 months, hire 20, 8-10 show for indoctrination. even losing people mid training to SWA and other majors.

You are 100% correct. Now, why they stay and work so much for so little is another conversation.

That’s the point, they are no longer trying to hire 20 a month. I’m not agreeing with or defending their decision to reduce the hiring numbers. It is what it is.

I don’t count the 757/767 fleet as WB from a pay standpoint.... as it is the same year one and a few bucks more year two. But come year two as a 777/787 FO, which is what is going to happen very soon, well that’s a pay difference worth mentioning on APC.
