I think it is all need dependent. My class of 18, eleven to the Fatty Latti, three to the Sovereign (what I got), two to the X and one to the XLS. Granted, I fitted out of the 300 but there were no slots. From what I know, in the last six months, majority of pilots have gone to the Lattitude but obviously, that could change.

The April class had 2 Latitudes, 2 Sovereigns, and 1 XL.

Fatty Latti? LOL 😆

Seems like the Latti would be a preferred fleet considering how busy/productive it can be - good for the extra cash! I hear the Sovereign and XLS fleets have been slow lately - your experience may vary....

I think they are short on the Fatty (like that) as your all over the place on a tour, I think they are taking 3 planes a month so they need a lot of pilots. Its a great airplane, easy to fly, good avionics, and pretty busy while on tour (22-30 hrs average). The training is petty packed in the sims, I think they are adding one to the syllabus as there is a higher fail rate than other jets. Not sure how the recent "sim crash" will affect the on boarding of new hires on the fleet, I know recurrence are being pushed out?

I love the Lattitude but being a Sovereign driver, have to bash our sister!

It all equals out but I have been averaging 25-30 hours a tour. I had four straight 30 plus hour seven day tours. I just had my slowest last week, only 16 hours but missed a day as I was paired with a 52 day Captain. This $118 over 12.1 hours is working well for me at the moment.

My onsite interview is next month in Columbus. Any new hires have info on the sim ride they could share? Thanks in advance...

So, what's a realistic first year salary for one of the low-day schedules? I know it says $60k-ish, but what's it really end up being with extra hours, etc? I know there are a lot of factors, but ballpark is fine.

I'm a new hire on the Citation X been with the company since November. Depending on the schedule you choose I would say $85K-$100K is a realistic expectation. I've been flying approximately 20-25 hours per tour on the 7&7 schedule.

I will second that projection. I will add that number doesn’t include insurance and per-diem. (Some companies like to inflate their numbers by adding things like that)

What would a typical month on the 72 day schedule look like? Is it basically an 8&6 schedule?

Thanks in advance.
