Mil conversion for FlexJet app

Anyone know if FlexJet wants mil applicants to add a conversion factor to their hours? I know XOJET wanted 0.2/sortie but I don’t know what FlexJet wants.

Thanks!

Just do it the KR way - say you served in the military (ROTC doesn't count) and then make up the rest.

They don’t want the conversion.

Be honest. 2500TT fixed wing preferably in a crew environment. At least one pilot was let go due to his "enhanced" logbook. They both made it thru the type rating, but their lack of experience revealed itself when they had to fly the line.

I had a separate column in my logbook where I had added .2 per sortie. Legal per FAA definition of flight time.

I do find it interesting how crew environment time seems to count more in the civilian world. Considering the fact that it is where the majority of weak swimmers from pilot training end up.

I said majority, not all.

You wash out of Fighter training, you are normally offered a heavy track. This is a fact (you know, the thing that doesn’t care about feelings). That is as long as the FEB doesn’t find anything really bad on the individual.

Maybe you should stay single pilot for the rest of your career...

I’ll just keep doing both.
