Fkexjet new Seniority list changes
 

So how did the three choices work out for those that were all in a huff about the previous list? I have no idea who they are so can't look up any names.

All I know is that i'm losing 40-50 numbers. The guy senior to me was hired 4 years after me. Why is there no choice of 1) seniority based on the list that the judge ruled as fair and equitable or 2) DATE OF HIRE? All false choices as every choice, end up hurting a 19 year employee still stuck in the Phenom.

Dead on! 5year junior guys to me who have been making challenger pay for a long time. :mad:

Don’t worry, I’ve been assured that they’re hiring 1000 this year so you’re seniority problems will soon be over.

Until new hires are upgraded faster because of merit.

You could always file a grievance.....
