Is there anything in the works as far as pilot pay and benefits? The flight duty part setup netjets has is really nice. Any chance something like that may be coming along? Does the pilot group have any leverage against management without a union?

XOJET supplies the uniform and reimburses for any tailoring required. The items you wear depend on fleet assignment, but generally includes typical suit jacket, tie, epaulettes, and necessary outerwear. No hat though…

So, I've seen a lot on XO about company culture and that it's pretty great, but I'm curious as to exactly what that entails. Is it just that the pilot group generally gets along? Or is it a lot of time in the cockpit complaining about politics? Would working there as an FO be sitting in the right seat listening to the captain talk about how COVID is all a big hoax and the election was stolen? I'm not trying to bring any of these topics into this thread - just trying to get a feel for what the group is like...
