Team,
No offense meant and as you said, more accurate info versus speculation is appreciated I suspect to readers on this forum. I’m on the XOAV side and not the XOCR (350/Global) but I suspect my comments apply to either side.
Getting hired by any company, not just XO is a combination of many factors and since no one else is inside the room or in today’s world on the Zoom call most likely, assessing the reasons why someone is not invited to continue in the process is pure speculation.
Reapplying is always a good thing. Replying to a TBNT letter is also a good thing as long as the tone is cordial and appreciative. Every 121/135 carrier or any employer for that matter can and does miss out on some highly qualified and potentially very successful employees....I saw that happen at Southwest for 20 yrs. NJ, FJ, XO and others have their process that works for them but is a mystery to those not involved in the process. I’m happy to say the quality of folks I’ve flown with shows me that XO has a formula that appears to be working and one has to respect that, even if good candidates on paper or even one’s we personally know are turned down for unknown reasons. No system is full proof.

Chase, we can’t thank you enough for the information. That TBNT sure is a hard pill to swallow. I look at it as, the company needed to hire 20 pilots and as my app./resume come across, I was not as qualified or appealing as the other candidates.
So what did I do?
I reapplied the same day. Hair in a biscuit. They’re going to know my name in HR one way or the other.

Boeing;
Join the club. Don't worry in a couple of weeks XO will send a job solicitation for a position that you are highly qualified for in the IT department, begging you to apply.
That's what I got after getting one of my TBNT's a couple of months ago. On PPW there were a handful of others that got the same thing.
Unless you know someone there that can kick the door open for you, re-applying is just going to net you more TBNT's. Even if you somehow managed to get some 135 experience that you think that would put you in the running (I know from experience). I didn't do anything that was offensive, as all I did was graciously filled out there forms and communicated with them.
I gave up on them. It's pretty obvious on this thread how it works over there. If you aren't in the club, you won't be let in.
it's all about getting the opportunity to interview, once you get that it's yours to win, lose, or learn. Otherwise it's like pushing on a door that says PULL.
Try to find someplace that will give you the opportunity to interview (there is a bias for anyone with 121 experience, don't think there isn't ). I would bet dollars to donuts that when and wherever you interview, you'll get the job.

What do you consider “recently”? Obviously, the pipeline was shut down until just within the last few weeks. I can probably count on my fingers (maybe on just one hand) how many have completed Indoc this year. The machine is cranking up. I wish everyone the best of opportunities!

I am starting August 2nd. I know there was a June and July indoc. I was hoping to pick the brains of some of the folks in those classes.
