Don't bother , a good friend just went through their hiring process , The place is a damn mess , apparently one management person doesn't know what the other is doing /saying/promising
They entice you with high pay all the way to the actual job offer where the pay drops by more than 50 % to less than a regional airline first officer entry pay.
The schedule is two weeks on and one week off , the travel days if you are a commuter are on you so really 16 days on / 5 days off.
You'll need to sign a two years training contract , agreeing that you are an "at will employee" , that they can terminate you with or without cause and that regardless of the cause you are still obligated to pay them back.

They do realize there's a pilot shortage, right?

Been there...
I agree with everything that was said here regarding Worldwide jet .
I went through the interview process with them , to call this place a Circus would be to give them a complement .
The people involve in the hiring process are the most inapt you could run into , they will flat out lie to you about virtually everything , pay , seat aircraft , schedule ... you name it
They use tactics that internet scammer use:
" congratulations you just won " ... or please call us we would like to discuss a job offer for you when they haven't even processed any of your paperwork or before something insignificant like a job interview .
They have the most one sided training bond I have seen so far and I had seen few .yes , you sign that you are an at - will employee and that they can fire you for cause or for no cause and you are still bound by the training contract
If I had to choose between flying for them or flipping burgers I'd choose the latter , at least if that doesn't work I won't be 36k in the hole for that training contract .
The person who started this thread was asking what the relationships there are like ? well , when the recruiter tells you that the company's chief pilot doesn't have a clue I think it speak for itself.
Their recruiter ( Mr. C.H ) more than likely gets paid per each recruit he brings over so he would tell you whatever it will take to convince you come over be it the truth or a lie makes no difference to him.
Yes , don't walk away from this outfit but run.

Stay Away
Worldwide is a steaming mess. Had two friends waste over a year of misery at their S-Show. They attract minimally qualified individuals, anyone who speaks up or dares try to MEL a legitimate squawk is furloughed...curiously around recurrent time. Rotations seldom happen as scheduled. Only "yesmen" and those with skeletons work there...bottom-feeder for sure!
