Default FlexJet Training Location Question

Where do you guys do your Initial and Recurrent Training on each airplane type? Is most of it done in Dallas?

How about Indoc?

Thanks in advance.

INDOC is in Dallas.

Challenger and Phenom are here. However you can go to Montreal or Morristown for the challenger as well. I think the legacy is St Louis!!

Thumbs up

Thank you, kindly, sir.

Regarding Dallas, do you use CAE, FSI, or in-house?

No problem. Bombardier for ground school, in house instructors for SIM.

CAE for Phenom, Lear, and Challenger - Dallas Morristown and Montreal
FSI in Dallas and St. Louis for the Legacy

All depends on available training slots as to where you'll end up. Most likely in Dallas.

Indoc in also in Dallas and a week long. You could go directly to training the following Tuesday or have a week or two off then start. Again, depends on slots.

FlexJet has several pay options. The 2 most common for new hires are 8/7 which pays a salary of $57,000 and PBS which pays $421/day or on average around $84,000 for 200 days worked a year. During training you are on the salary of 57,000. After training you pick which pay package you want. During training you also receive $42 per day per diem and can use your credit card for one meal a day which is usually dinner as the hotels usually have breakfast. A rental car for each team of 2 is also provided.
