Like I said, Dummy.
No, you can choose not to accept any job if you don’t like the terms or what is offered. You can walk. That’s the point. There are plenty of jobs out there. I have a friend who was offered a Fedex job but it required a 3 year tour out of HKG on the 767/757 for his class and several classes after. He had another offer from Delta 2 weeks later and he took it because he didn’t want to do the China Flying for Fedex - right or wrong he made a choice. And I was specifically referring to Flexjet which does not offer anything unique in this market - you can find better pay and schedules elsewhere.

Last time I checked this was a Flexjet thread and not a United thread, dork.

I spent 20 years working for Uncle Kenn so don't kid a kidder. 2006 Flex pilots ahead of 2000 Options hires. I'm sure your happy.

I applied just shy of two weeks ago, how long does it take to hear back usually? I’m 5,700TT, 2,100 MEL, 1500 JET TT, and 1,040 JET PIC.

The latest seniority list is nothing more than a strong arm from Mgt retaliating against the Options pilots by not allowing the pilot group to vote on a longevity based integration, or even keep the Unions list.

According to the latest weekly message from RH, he will not publish the RL candidate list because “there will be misunderstandings about the order and ranking of the awards”. Hmmm. Sounds like someone is giving false hope promising guys they are at the top of the list if they just keep up their “merit”

You can’t keep the union list when you use it as a boogeyman to vote out the union.

You should get a call soon, I hear that are having trouble keeping the new hires more then a year so lots of turnover in the near future.
I spoke with many that have their apps out at other companies and are just using Flexjet as a quick time builder and place holder.

Default Goner

Come for a free type and paycheck while you are interviewing for real career jobs. Lotsa wait time for IOE to kill before you are online. See how QOL works for newbies vs oldies. They cater to the new peeps on scheduling to keep them happy and ef the Caps not on Red Label teams. Ahhh, but the pay is not so bad to start with bennies so it makes good sense to step on that stone while that career job interview comes your way. Then again, upgrades in the Phenom are now less than a year for you peeps needing PIC time on that resume.

He is not publishing the list because they are upgrading out of seniority order on domestic red label. They upgraded three junior pilots on the Legacy already. That's why you haven't seen any bids for that airplane. RH is covering up the out of seniority upgrades. They can't keep up the lie if they publish the list.
