You might be right brother, I’m sure guys on the Lat, and 350 will agree with you.Cheers.

As one who left he latitude for SWA, I can confirm what is being said. SWA is far and away a less fatiguing job. Just finished a 6 on, 1 off, 4 on stretch(self induced before anyone jumps on that) and am less tired after that stretch than I ever was after a week tripnon the latitude. YMMV, but one mans opinion. It was he right move to jump ship, not for all, but was right for my family and I.

I have too many friends who are former NJA turned SWA to now that what I said is 100% accurate.

I would think this is true if you live in base, if you haver to commute then I would disagree, commuting was the reason I went to NJA. SWA is a great company, would not knock it what so ever!

I commute for my airline and I can say this job is by far less tiring than NetJets. Manner of fact, this is the easiest job I have ever had. The commute argument doesn't mean much with all the great commuter clauses airlines have. Plus the scheduling flexibility and the ability to swap/drop trips, makes commuting not that big of an issue anymore. Currently on 2nd year pay and making the same if not more than I was on 10 year FO pay at NetJets (72 hour schedule).

Everyone's situation is different, but I wish I left a lot earlier. I still have a lot of friends at NetJets and wish nothing but the best for you guys. You guys deserve so much more for what you deal with each day.

I was sad to see you go, but happy for you and the family. Glad to know it is going great!
