Its pretty straight forward, some questions about you, your resume and experience then some TMAAT questions, I got a few questions as well from customer relations rep about service and what did I think a NJA owner wants on a flight. (an exceptional experience that differentiates NJA from other private flying is what their preaching in indoctrination)!

I’ve heard it’s not a good thing to be invited to a video interview. I’m guessing you almost don’t meet some requirement or something in the phone call raised concern. But on the other hand it’s better than a TBNT off the bat.

From what I heard it’ll be the standard generic regional interview type questions. approach plate, weather, etc. not as much HR focused. But I’ve only heard about them from people that didn’t get the job. I’m sure people do
