It’s been AWESOME for the company and good for SOME of the pilots. I’m just not counting on all sorts of extra cash out of the deal.

It is what it is. SS, DD.

“Easily?” Not so much.

7 months since inception, I’m barely over $5K. It beats a sharp stick in the eye but depending on your fleet, it may not be an embarrassment of riches.

Just a reality check.
What fleet are you on? I think most people on the Lati are getting an extra $1000-1500 a pay check from FDP. We are averaging 20-30 hours a tour.

Maybe not easy but certainly doable. I’m over $14K
since its inception 7 months ago. Certainly seems fleet dependent.

That should be inherently obvious by previous posts in this thread.

Multiple tours since inception of FDP with ZERO additional pay. But pantloads of airlining and airport appreciation.

A lot of this depends on your fleet. If you are on a Legacy fleet that is being disposed and is less reliable then a newer fleet, it is expected the FDP will be less. Those in the newer fleets, can make a killing in FDP pay.

True, but there are “disparities” WITHIN the fleet that can only be explained by the perpetuation of Bubba Club scheduling.

I wouldn't be surprised in the Gulfstream fleet. That fleet has had individuals in it for a long time that have relationships with those in management. However, that is slowly coming to an end with the disposal of the fleet.

As for the new fleets, there is still some of that, but it isn't nearly as bad and even those in the "non-bubba club" are making some good FDP. I know quite a few from the Hawker that were considered "low performers" and they are making a lot of FDP now that they are in a new airplane that seems to either be a "hard break" or flies.

So, what airplanes are NJ hiring into for the foreseeable future?

Friend on the Sovereign fleet is pi$$ed with the dearth of hours over the last few tours. He’s looking to bid off ASAP.

Guess its a crapshoot. I would say you can expect 5% more than the base salary in holiday pay and overtime combined, than a possible additional nothing to a couple thousand per month in FDPP. Thats what I have seen, nothing to a couple grand per month, never know.
