Caveat

Everyone should note that if you are hired there now, you WILL be in the small cabin pay. Nobody is being hired into the large cabin fleets even if you are typed and experienced in them. So start there at the FO scales.

Indeed. A friend of mine just finally got to the Global after 17 years -- into the right seat of the Global. Another friend finally upgraded to captain after 14 years, into the Phenom. Small cabin pay is the only scale you should really be looking at.

Yes. This is typical. I will add though, that with the new Flight Duty Pay program, you can easily add between $20,000 and $40,000 per year to those numbers. And while not guaranteed, extended days (at 1.5X daily rate) are often available.

$20,000-$40,000 in FDP? Perhaps.

“Easily?” Not so much.

7 months since inception, I’m barely over $5K. It beats a sharp stick in the eye but depending on your fleet, it may not be an embarrassment of riches.

Just a reality check.

All aircraft pay the same until year 15.

(Sarcasm alert) That’s the price you pay for flying the mighty G. 😆😆

No, it’s the price I pay for not being a member of The Bubba Club.

No sarcasm. The corruption has only gotten worse.

Really? Maybe in the large cabin but in the small cabin fleets, I have seen more disbursement of flight time. It's been pretty good for both the company and pilots.
