I looked on their website, looks like first year pay is divided into 4 tiers. 70k is only for people with the PIC time.

401K is a 100% match up to 6% at FXJ while XOJ is 100% up to $5K/year.

Apart from the fact overall, more XO pilots are happy on forums than FXJ's but it's not easy to make a choice between both. I like the fact that XO has mid-size jets only for now.

How realistic is it to make these bonuses at FXJ:

Fuel Savings Bonus: Up to $4,000 annually, paid out quarterly
Fractional Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, paid out quarterly

Productivity Bonus:
Earn an additional $5,000 for flying over 220 days in a calendar year

Always a few pilots wanting some extra time away from the wife and kids I suppose.

Which will result in said pilots contracting AIDS, (Aviation Induced Divorce Syndrome) then having to work even more to pay for child support and alimony.

But KR will be able to fly in new shiny jets on your back as he laughs at them all the way to the bank.

16 days per bid period times 13 bid periods is 208 days. I know captains are being offered quite a bit of OT, but is it even possible to pickup 12 days of OT as a First Officer? That equals 4 months of 19 days of flying and 8 months of 18 days of flying. It seems like a lot.

How is the last day of a tour at XO? A buddy was there about 3 years ago. He said you work an entire day, then start traveling home. That's sounds miserable.

I worked 12 hour days on go home day at NJA over 50% of the time. It’s par for the course.
