Default Total time to be competitive at NetJets

I am with a 135 operator at the moment but looking to go to NetJets as soon as possible. I have just over 2100 hours and wondering what the likely hood of getting hired at NetJets is, right when I hit the 2500 mark. I have about 1000 hrs sic time at the moment with the majority being jet time. In other words, while 2500 is the minimum, will I be competitive?

I applied with 2507 hours when I got hired a couple months ago. On the other hand, the majority of my class had double the amount of hours I did, if not more. Either way, you can’t win if you don’t play.

Apply when you have the minimums. They hire from all over the spectrum.

I am trying to figure out if I should go to XO first and build time there, or stay where I’m at until I get on at NetJets. I really want a schedule and my current employer is unable to offer that. That said, don’t really want to do two indocs in the same year.

Pulse greater than 5 beats a minute... lol! Netjets is the premier company in the fractional industry. STAY AWAY from Flexjet, you'll quickly come to regret going to Flexjet if you do!

For what it’s worth, 4K total, 2500 PIC, retired military, currently an instructor at FSI (not so much recency), and I got the TBNT email.
