Flexjet =dumpster fire
There are a lot of other opportunities out there in this pilot friendly environment rather than joining Ricci’s merry band of sycophants.
Even if you were taking a job there to just build some time before moving on your resume would be tainted .
No pilot on an airline interview board wants to hire union busting scabs.

I don’t have your resume in front of me so its hard to answer that question.
If you have sufficient flight time,and are interested in fractional flying I would say go to NetJets.
They are harder to get hired on with for a reason.
If you don’t have the numbers yet for NJA go to Wheels Up or Jetlinx or any of the other 135 jet operators that have decent reputations.
Dont waste your time at any of the other single engine turbine operators.
Once you have sufficient time to meet NetJets requirements get some NetJets pilots to write you an LOR .
Recommendations go a long way to getting you noticed and interviewed.
