What happens is the catering cabinets are restocked from the catering bins (they contain soda, water, alcohol, & snacks) that are kept in the baggage area.
There isn’t much flying after ,midnight, my guess is less than 5%.
I don’t know how much of the earth care that they pay because I don’t use it.

Is there much flying past midnight?

Do they pay all of health insurance for pilot?

Thanks
I was there about six years ago, so my info might be out dated.

The aircraft had standard snacks and drinks on board. There was a catering room in Portsmouth where you could pack a trash bag/back pack with replacement snacks and drinks for your 8 days away. Any special items would be preordered and delivered to the FBO. There was the occasional times we had to go to a store to pickup stuff.

There was the occasional flight after midnight, but it was rare.

PlaneSense paid for a portion of the PPO, but not all of it.

All captains are eligible for the 20k retention bonus. You can sign the retention contract the day you pass your PIC checkride afaik.

They do. I'd start applying at 500 hours and update HR monthly. The CFII is a bonus. Keep those instrument skills sharp.

It's all over the map. I'd guess the average is 1.5 to 2 hours. There are rotations when you get stuck in New England and do 6 or 7 1.0 hour legs a day and then times when you're in the midwest doing 2 to 3 hour legs. I've done a few over 5 hours. 450 to 600 hours a year nowadays?
