Arrow Wheels Up, Net Jets, Or XOJet

Any fresh information on these three?

Pay? Domiciles? Home Base-ing? Where would you go and Why?

Just looking for someone with useful information about these companies. I am looking to make a long term career change.

Please keep it true and honest.

Thanks...

Respectfully, you should move this post to the proper place on the Forum. Probably the Fractional side...

That said, in brief, I would say: any major airline (including LCC's), XO, NJ, WU. In that order.

Really you see XO over NJ???? That’s pretty bold move, but I like it stir the pot up! Unless my XO buddies just got massive pay raises and improvements to QOL like we are all seeking NJ leaves everyone in the dust. It should read Major,LLC,NJA, then pick the best of XO,WU,FLEX,FE as you see fit.

XO offers pretty good quality of life, they are hooked up with some serious money at Vista Jet, and most importantly, a new hire at XO will likely upgrade in a couple of years instead of more than a DECADE at NJ.

I just read somewhere that Wheels Up is now or will soon be part of Delta Private Jets?

Wow..... while XO is a good company there benefits do not even come close to NJ. Even considering XO you could be a Captain quickly. It’s still no comparison NJ by far gives pilot the best QOL in a part 91K/135 carrier. Yes it will take a decade to upgrade. However with incentive pay for about everything you really have to do something wrong in life to only get base pay.

Are you talking for a career? NJA is the only one I would consider a career at and after spending 2 years there, I can’t imagine anyone spending a career at NJA. If you wanna fly private jets for a few years then move on, go where the upgrades are quick, which is not NJA. Go to XO or WU.

Just the opposite. Delta Private Jets is going away, will be absorbed by Wheels Up. For various reasons Delta wanted to get rid of DPJ and get their name off the operation.

Problem is no one is defining anything so you have to assume a career until they state differently.
