Are many NetJets pilots going over to the 121 side with all the majors hiring?

I don't think so. Maybe a few of the younger guys who are more interested in flying "a big airplane" than stability and quality of life might leave NetJets for a major, but the majority are not going anywhere.

As far as hiring and growth, what are you hearing from management on the future.

Lots of hiring. Close to 100 aircraft on order, and retiring a few ( 40 in the last two years).

Yes, there are a few that are.

For example, I know quite a few guys that left Netjets for FedEx and a few for UPS and SWA.

More like several hundred on order. Several years ago we had orders/options on 1200+ aircraft. Net gain for next 12 months is 52 aircraft for NJA alone.

I have know desire to give this up for 121. The people I know personally have turned down recall.
