The IBI signing bonus was only 1,000 bucks for me. I’m guessing PS is profit sharing? If so I haven’t received that. I’ll probably finish the year around 115k-120k depending on FDP. If I count 401k and medical it will be close to 135k. It’s not a major airline for sure and I tell people if that’s what you want don’t come here. But it’s not a bad job either. It is the best fractional out there. I’m at 69,045 on the base pay as of 12-21-19 and 6 years from now will put me as an 8 year FO at 108,102. That’s about 39,000 increase for my next 6 years.

There’s much more money made by virtue of showing up to work and flying... regardless of years in service and seat.

My year 8 will be in 2024. I do like Netjets but it’s not for everyone. It’s good place to be but it will probably never be a legacy airline job and I’m good with that.

CC76 base pay is $217k for a MAXED out Captain, meaning you will gone from home 19 days per month on a 6-3, 6-3, 7-5 type of schedule. I for one want my kids to know who I am. If you are single or not married, good option if you live to work.
Add long bonus $8.7k, average of 4 holidays $6k, FDP AVERAGE of $20k, $5k in OT and you arrive at $256k. Some do work extended days, that will put you above 20 days per month. Sometimes you will get a return after midnight, for simplicity round to $260k.
$260k flying a little airplane is most definitely very good! The option is there to make the money if needed, and you WILL work for it! Mind you, again, this is for a topped out Captain. Large cabin Captains make a bit more as well, but you need 20+ years seniority to hold that.
You have to compare Apples to Apples, 401k match is NOT wages. It is part of you compensation package.
People throw around $300k like it’s the norm, which is most certainly not. It is doable for sure, but takes A LOT OF WORK!!

I made 238K in the 350 as a 12yr SIC. Took 3 amazing trips with the family including flying on Netjet aircraft. Not many folks on the planet get to fly on private jets. Its been a rough road and not always bright and shiny at NJ. But we are finally holding our own.

One would have to define "a lot of work" I worked a 198 days in 2019 which is 167 days less than I did on the farm back in the day.

I made less than you did as a 20 year, large cabin PIC on 7-7. Yes, including FDP.
One fatigue, one two-day sick call, no extended days, did what the phone said pretty much every day, actually didn't break that often, and did not include the signing bonus because, well, it's a SIGNING BONUS, not annual pay.
Divorce costs more than the extra pay I would have made working a CC schedule so I stuck with the 7-7....

To me, what you are doing is "living to work" and not "working to live". Not that I would prefer the farmer lifestyle, mind you. But the 7/7 with 28 days vacation sounds like a much better work/life balance to me. Money is not everything.
