Hilton Points Fraud
Heads up to all that stay at Hilton Hotels. I received and email this morning acknowledging my email and phone numbers had been changed. However, I had not changed anything. I opened my Hilton account and saw where some scumbag used 90,000 miles to stay in Panama from December 26-29. This was a fraudulent use of my miles. I am now at least the third pilot as been ripped off that is a status and active Hilton Rewards member. I have reported the theft and there is a fraud investigation underway.

Just had the same happen 2 weeks ago. Took 45K of points. Here is the freaky part. I called in and got it all reversed and the very next day they did it again. Even after a password change, address and phone change. I then demanded to speak with the fraud dept. and they opened an investigation. My account is currently suspended to keep it from happening again.
Going back to my years in IT, this is on the Hilton side. Someone has hacked or its an inside job of the Hilton computer network. To have a password change, then points returned and 24 hours later have my account hacked again tells me Hilton is hacked.

Heads up gang. Had my account hacked again this morning. Even with 2 factor authentication they still were able to pull out tens of thousands of points. Watch your accounts for fraud. Clearly strange things are afoot down at the circle-K!
