Phone interview In a day
Hello all. I have talked with two current Netjets pilots one a 20 year captain and 1 a first year FO. Both love it there and have given me a lot of good info. I have a phone interview scheduled on Wed. Hoping to get some further insight on what I might be asked. Thanks!

I did Aviation Interviews before my 2005 NJA interview. I got the "tech" interview and was only asked one question I hadn't read about already. Well worth it.

Good luck on your interview! And be sure to “pay it forward” and include your own experience/questions on aviationinterviews.com, whether you get hired or not.
Feel free to PM me if you do get hired and have more questions…

Are you guys worried about stuff slowing down at all with talks of a recession and sky high fuel prices? Do you think hiring will be affected? Or are you guys more insulated from it since your customers have millions?

Looking at the industry as a whole, there is a profound shortage of pilots. Regionals are parking planes and cutting service because they do not have pilots to fly them. Majors are hiring in record numbers. The rest of the decade there will be big mandatory retirement numbers with the majors. Any recession and sky high fuel prices reductions have to be balanced against these factors.

Everything can and does change in this business but right now, to the horizon things look good.
There is still a tremendous need for airplane and pilots at NetJets and it looks like that will continue well into the foreseeable future.
Several retirements occurring every month. The next 8-9 years will be transformative for our seniority list.
