NetJets suspending all hiring UFN
All hiring cancelled until the situation clears up. Future bookings are way down, and I mean WAY down. They're preparing for loss of or very restricted airline service. Turns out 90% of NJA pilots live with 150 miles of 30 of our 100+ crew bases. So those 30 bases will be turned into hubs and they'll do a hub and spoke deal, the idea being pilots near those bases will start and end their trip there and hopefully keep the same jet for the entire tour. Those jets will be carrying a lot of DH pilots too. They've deployed volunteers to many of our busiest airports in order to keep needed cleaning supplies in stock.
Of course if the Air Traffic Controllers keep getting the virus who knows what'll happen with the NAS. Could be like back in the early 80's with the Controller strike. I was in USAF Pilot Training then, I remember those fun times.

I know everyone is hurting through this, but as someone in the middle of the NetJets hiring process... dang it. Hopefully it値l pass and they値l resume hiring one day sooner rather than later. Thankfully, I知 still gainfully employed for now.
Best of luck to everyone, now is the time to pull together and support each other as best as we can.
